Baker Street Landing

It’s a very beautiful place but that’s it let me exsplain.. the landlords seems to have favorites we got stuck ugh for the amount of money this is it’s just a joke this is the situation my father is a disabled veteran who’s also retired he has ptsd the medication he takes at night makes him not have night terrors well people don’t care seems to favor older people 70s we have all the respected in the world for them apparently my fathers downfall he falls asleep while the tv is on so sry my father… has bad memories soo sry..the walls are very very thin we got complaints okay we go talk to he talk to who had the issue gave his number to call to let him know to turn it down they abused that power they wouldn’t stop even wen we kept apologizing and told them to please call they didn’t we got notified my father did the same agreement with landlord they didn’t care we where getting evicted cuz of it not even a month it happened agin my father went to them personally and my father did what they asked things where going good then my father loves riding so he got a new Harley it helps him cope with his ptsd he bought a little tent made for his bike he talk to the landlord cuz he wanted to make sure he could landlord aloud it then cuz it’s a little load the older seniors called them cuz of it he couldn’t even work on it or else seniors would yell at him then Would tell landlord broke the promise to have his little bike garage to take it down wen they said it was okay it seemed like anything he did to comply the seniors would say anything to get him in trouble but my father still did it out of respect and yet said to call him it just got worse literally every time he started it up or if he whipped it down they complained so much of the noise cuz In my opinion the seniors think they run it apparently it seems that way his ptsd got worse by this time he was begin bullied we couldn’t walk regularly cuz to them it was loud we couldn’t do anything .. I have lived here with my wife and our dog since January of this year. The area is super quite and so very well maintained. Anything that you need fixed or worked on gets taken care of. They give Free time warner cable for all tenants. Everyone here is very nice and there are no loud crazy parties. For the price and everything you get in the community it is by far the best for your money. Marble counters, big storage closets, huge open layout and 2 full bathrooms!!! It doesn't get much better
