This is a perfect apartment community to live in that it is close to major expressways and great shopping. It's light and airy, no white walls here. The neutral walls and flooring make for great decorating possibilities. The open kitchen/living rm floor plan allows you to be w/guests-family while preparing meals. The apartments are large, over 1100 sq. ft. and have great storage. The additional pantry/laundry room is great for storage. The office staff make you feel like you truly matter… and are very helpful when something needs to be repaired. The 2-bdrms/2-baths is great for overnight guests or children. The first floor apartments are wonderful for the handicapped tenants because you don't have to climb any stairs just roll right in. The doorways and halls are all handicap accessible. You even have a handicapped accessible shower w/handle bars. Love the central air. The furnace and hot water tank are in your apt. so you control your usage. You pay for your own utilities but the combined bills even in winter were less that $90/mo. Free basic cable is also a plus. Yes, you can hear your neighbors occasionally but that's apartment living. This has everything including good restaurants, shopping, and wonderful parks along the lake all within a mile. Bright well maintained buildings nestled within the trees. Most appealing in area. Staff exceptional. Apartment open, with large patio allowing myself and friends to enjoy being outside. No better place to live.
