Renter beware!

Maintenance is on site maybe once a week. An overnight emergency is considered flooding only. Everything else can wait until tomorrow..maybe.
Property Manger is on site only once a week. She has 5 other to support.
Management does not respond to requests for conversations.
Additionally, we have been here 4 years and have had 7 Property managers. What does that say about their Management?
