About Cascade District Lofts

The Cascade District Loft Apartments sit along the western edge of downtown Rochester in an area once defined by industry. Throughout the 19th and early 20th centuries, the neighborhood was a bustling manufacturing hub filled with factories and… warehouses.

In the late 1990s, these historic structures underwent a significant transformation, converting the former industrial buildings into loft-style offices and residential spaces.
