Don’t rent here

Rent has gone up by $600 in two years while the property has gone downhill, Maintenece is unresponsive, went without a working heater for over a month last winter, they start projects and never finish them leaving holes in the walls and give no eta for finishing them. Units are also known to flood during rain. The new management ruined this place

Even with new management, nothing has changed

Maintenance/management has to be practically harassed in order to get anything done. Old sheetrock which was water damaged and should've been replaced has just been painted over, mold behind the walls. Look elseware.

Unresponsive management and water problems

I am one of multiple apartments who get feet of water in their apartment after rainfall. This has happened multiple times, so I can only imagine the mold growing. Management refuses to correctly fix the issue. At one point, their fix was putting sandbags on the edge of the parking lot to slow the water down. I will update this once it is corrected properly.

Rent elsewhere

Review for the 510 Warren St. Apartments that they also own. Maintenance is poor, apt walls are extremely thin, landlord ignores phone calls regarding serious issues, you'll find better trust me

Great Quiet Living

I've been here a few years and with the new ownership and maintenance this place is shaping up. It was beginning to get run down but a lot is being put in now to change that. The layouts are great for a small family and we really love it here.
