Lived here 5 years!

I’ve lived here 5 years! They finally have new maintenance that care about their job & get it done right! Elenor the manager is great! Definitely seeing improvements! Recommending my friend these apartments!

Wonderful staff and great place to rent.

I've only been renting for a few months but the staff is excellent at Wellington Manor, especially the office manager Eleanor. She is a positive personality and is a wonderful person to work with. The price is great for this area and the apartments are in great shape. Pets are welcome and the deposit fee & monthly fee are very reasonable. I would recommend renting at Wellington Manor.

Amazing!

Since moving in to this residence three years ago, I have been treated kindly and fairly!

Owners, management and staff have always been patient, professional and always friendly!

Would highly recommend to friends and family!!!

Everything except maintenance

I have lived here for almost a year now and everything about this complex is great, everything except the maintenance staff. Brenda, the office manager, is absolutely amazing. She cares so much and just is so incredible! I cannot say enough about how awesome she is! The area is also fantastic and everything you could need is within a few minutes driving time. But the one bad thing is definitely the maintenance team. When they finally come up and take a look at what needs to be fixed (which is… never when they say they are going to) they are rude and never fix the issue that day, they always say they are going to come back tomorrow and then never do. And when they finally "fix" the issue, its never actually fixed. They are just very lazy. But other than them, I have no complaints!

Loving New Management

Been living here for a couple years and must say that I’m loving the new management company! I see awesome changes like not charging hidden fees like water and trash, who does that anyway! The new property manager, Brenda, is so kind and always makes me feel like I’m her one and only renter no matter how busy she is! She even came and replaced a battery in my smoke detector, herself Cuz she said the maintenance guys were busy! But when I looked out my window I see the plow truck with both of… the maintenance guys in there, really?!? My only complaint is the maintenance. they come and say they’ll be back tomorrow and never show up. I always see them just hanging out in the garage. Still a good place to live, close to everything and great price!
