The place generally speaking is great. Quiet community, ample parking, friendly people, and beautiful apartments. But when we were first applying to this place they said heat was included, it turns out the heating units were electric so it actually wasn't included. The listing also says gas is included, there is not a singular gas appliance in the buildings. Water also isn't included, it's an additional $50 fee. That stuff would've been nice to know before moving in.

Pleased with how they treated my dad
My father just moved out of there after 10 yrs due to inability to care for himself anymore. Place was always maintained well, maintenance crew was always very helpful with concerns my dad had. When time for dad to move, office was very patient and helpful when i had couple issues pop up with being out on time. Never charged us for keeping my dads car there little bit longer. Security deposit was prompt to return. I would live there. Pleasent and quite place.

Security deposit
Moved out over a month ago, when we moved out the manager came to look at apartment to see if we were getting full security deposit back. She said everything was good to go, one of the nicest let apartment she has seen there. So we were told we were getting full deposit back. Said it will take 30 days. It's been like 40 days, still no deposit! They don't return calls or anything.
