Ridgewood Apartments

Since new management took over they have renovated apartments and they are beautiful. The maintenance staff is always very quick at responding and very professional.
The property manager made this process of moving for me very easy. She took the time to explain all details to me. Very personable staff. I will be recommending this property to anyone in search of an apartment.

First, I have to start with the fact I had a horrid experience in my last apartment. That location AND this location are now owned by the same new Management. Which I am extremely grateful for. While all apartments have rules they must abide by as well as the residents, I am very happy with this location. First, they have done and continue to do renovations. They listen to my concerns and do the right thing. I don't ask for ridiculous requests, but know my home is safe and in good working order. I am a very honest and transparent person so discussing anything of concern here is not sugar coated, but both are willing to hear me fully and take care of what is needed. You really can't ask for more. If approaching them with an open conversation and politeness as I expect in return, they are the same with me. I have been here over 2 years and am happy. As with any complex you live in there will be little issues here and there but I feel very safe and comfortable here at Ridgewood. Eugene the maintenance man is wonderful. Respectful, efficient, knowledgeable. He is a one man operation for fixes and he does his absolute best to get requests done in a timely manner.
