Great place to live.

I loved living here. Very convenient location, quiet and safe neighborhood, and everything in the building was always clean and taken care of. Nike and Tommy, the building super, was always extremely friendly and happy to help with any issue. Parking was so easy, and the train is a quick 10 min walk. Susan THE Managment was always kind and easy to work with. I give them a 5 STAR... EXCELLENT JOB.

Great place to live.

Perfect place to live

We’ve never lived anywhere else that make us feel as much like a home as Fairway LLC. Once we decided to rent an apartment here, Susan (property manager) made everything super easy and was very helpful for us. After they fixed and made it ready we moved in, Nick (superintendent) and Tommy stopped by making sure everything was good, since then they’ve been there for us any time we needed! Super quiet neighborhood, very well organized and cleaned parking lot too. As a location is super… convenient, in central Avenue you can find anything you need.
We’d highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent Place to Live

This is my first apartment and I love living here! The management team was so helpful in organizing a tour of the apartment and walking me through the whole process. Since I've been living here, it is so quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are respectful and it is centrally located to many attractions nearby!
In addition, maintenance team is always fast and efficient in helping!
I couldn't be happier staying here.

Great place to live.

We have been here for almost two and a half years. We love living here . Everyone is very friendly and helpful. When it snows, Tommy and Nick work very hard to keep the parking lots and walkways clean. Susan is very helpful with everything you may need. We would recommend living here. It is super close to all your needs on Central Ave and more.
