I’m renting out just one room, Room 3, in a big shared house. All the other rooms are full, so you’ll be joining eight great tenants total in the house.

Room 3... itself is very spacious and comes fully furnished—you’ll get a full-size bed, nightstand, desk, chair, and a closet.

You’ll be sharing a full sized bathroom with one other tenant who is very clean so I expect the new tenant to be the same.
