I have lived at Pinecrest with my family for over a year now and my daughter loves the pool. She’s like a fish and having it open 7 days a week 11-7 is great hours. All utilities included is also a huge perk.

I’ve lived here for about four years and have really enjoyed it. The pool is always clean and well taken care of, and whenever I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been quick to help. In the winter, they do a great job clearing the snow and salting the sidewalks, which I really appreciate. My neighbors are friendly, and it’s been a quiet, comfortable place to live. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

Since new management took over things have gone downhill. First the countertops are NOT granite. 2nd they are NOT hardwood floors. They say it is smoke free but never do anything about the people smoking, Charge $200 for amenities when the pool is open maybe 2 months. So many of the people who have lived here for years have moved out and they are so desperate for new tenants they are allowing anyone to move in and the amount of times police have been here and property has been damage is crazy.
