    Poor Office Staff and Communication

    I was initially interested in the property as they accepted large dogs, I called the office on Monday and asked to meet with someone in regards to a two bedroom apartment. I spoke to Maria who scheduled an appointment at 1pm today for a tour, when I arrived I waited over 20 minutes to learn that there was a clerical error, and it in turn was an “unassisted tour” meaning I was to find an empty apartment and tour it alone. I explained to Maria, that I had questions that I was needing answers to… and she said I would have to call back after viewing the apartment in order to get answers. Maria with suburban park could not even describe to me where the location of the apartment was on the property. As I was still speaking with her on the phone lost in an apartment complex property, I informed her that I did not feel this was the right property for me as she couldn’t even explain to me where I was going, she agreed and said good luck and disconnected the phone.
