Our elegant apartments, with breathtaking river views, are nestled near the Hudson Riverfront... and Broadway, making it a desirable spot for seniors in Newburgh, New York. Just 60 miles north of New York City and 90 miles south of Albany, our property is conveniently situated near the MTA train station in Beacon for easy access to NYC.

We take part in an affordable housing program. Please note that household income limitations apply. The household income is based on GROSS annual income from all sources, including wages, public assistance, interest income, dividends, stocks, insurance settlements, and more. To qualify, the household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent amount. Third-party verification and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be necessary.

STAY AWAY!

This place looks great in pictures but in reality it's a dirty bedbug roach and mice infested building! Management does very little with repairs. This property should be condemned. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED! THESE OTHER REVIEWS MADE IN 1 DAY ARE FAKE. DONT BE FOOLED!
