Schermerhorn Apartments are the way to go!

While we did have one mishap where there was a fairly big miscommunication, we can actually forgive this because of how great ANY apartment is that is ran by the Schermerhorn's. ESPECIALLY the townhouses at Balsam Drive. The community here is great. Dogs are friendly and it is a child friendly community as well. The prices for rent cannot be beat. The place feels like it is almost new and the maintenance crews are timely and polite (should you ever need to contact them). Compared to other... places to rent this is by far the cheapest, cleanest, and nicest. Also, the location for where we are at Balsam Drive is PERFECT. You are withing minutes to the highway, shopping, and dining. However, despite being so close to all this, the community is located in a wooded area so it still feels like you are away from it all without being away from it all. Great place to live. Highly recommended.
