Affordable, near SU/ESF

Good choice for graduate students or young professionals - have lived here 5 years. A bus stop in front of the building goes directly to Syracuse University campus/ESF/hospital district as well as downtown Syracuse and Destiny Mall. Walk to campus is 30min, bike is 10min, car is 5min. Rent (generally $700-750 for lofts or 2 bdrm, depending on unit) includes heat and hot water. Amenities include outdoor balconies for 1st and 2nd floor units, coin laundry in basement, off street parking lot, trash… removal. Landlord is easy to contact, lives nearby, and generally fixes issues same day reported. Units are spacious, with large kitchens and sweeping counter space that adjoins the living room for excellent entertaining. The master bedrooms are quite large, while the second bedroom is still large enough for a queen bed to not make the room feel cramped. Bathrooms are roomy with full tubs. For storage, there are large closets in both bedrooms, a linen closet by the bathroom, and a coat closet by the main entrance. The stairs and foyer are vacuumed regularly, and the sidewalk/driveway is salted in winter.
