This is a great community for families. We have been living here for seven year now and we had no issue nor concern until people started smoking in our building and every time they're smoking I can smell it in my bedroom and that's how strong it was. I really hope management will do something about it. On the other hand the service team here are hardworking and will always get the job done. ??

I've lived at Jefferson Chase about 10 years I really haven't had any problems here maintenance is great in the office Sierra I love everything about her she helps out a lot with any questions they do reach back out to me!
