Lake Ridge Apartments

I have been dealing with flies problem since I moved in to this apartment . It’s been 2 months and I emailed my concerns three times. I got responded by dawn two times , each time with one word. However, both times took action. The pest control came once and told me that the window needs to be fixed. The pesticides left my apartment . Second time, I emailed the apartment office to request for the maintenance to fix the window. The maintence guy came and said he put the seal around the window.... The minute he left, the flies were entering my kitchen and my apartment unbelievably. I emailed the office again for third time. It’s been one week. I haven’t get any response. Genuinely impressed with what you get vs how much you pay. The location is great and I love the quiet plus nature trails minutes from my door. The apartments are spacious and I haven’t had an issue.

Close to many stores and location is quiet. Friendly front office staff that is always friendly.

I love living here. It feels safe, cozy, clean, and the customer service is amazing. I haven’t had a single negative experience with the team at Lake Ridge.

Very nice community! Everyone that works in the leasing office and the maintenance is so friendly and nice! If you have an issue with something they will answer you within the same day and fix the issue asap!
