I have lived at Cortland Hilliard for about 8 months and have had a good experience overall. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner. I appreciate living here and would recommend it.

I’ve had a great experience living at Cortland Hilliard. The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The management and maintenance teams are professional, friendly, and responsive whenever help is needed. The location is also very convenient with many stores and services nearby, which makes it a comfortable place to live.

Positives: The service team is phenomenal. The gym and pool are nice. The location is great.
Negatives: Club house only open 3 days a week. Snow removal is not very good in the winter. They don't have pet-friendly salt for dogs in the winter. The apartments are not truly replenished after a tenant leaves (broken blinds, cheap floor vinyl, water damaged cabinetry). If you need a handicap sign for a loved one, good luck getting one within your first year of your lease (not due to the service team… , but to management). Other than the service team, you just don't feel like you're appreciated here. I've lived in 4 other complexes and this has been the worst.
