Smoking is allowed outside the home only, and vaping/medical marijuana is not allowed in the home. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. No additional unregistered guests are allowed, and a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, along with a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests.
