So, the area used to look cleaner and taken care of, it doesn’t look like that anymore. It looks poor and dirty around the property. They are severely over priced. They charge for the paint job, so black appliances are an extra $200. The room sizes are relatively small, and they are money hungry. Just to move in you have to pay rent and the security deposit is the equivalent of first months rent, but not applied to it. The pool looks dirty, there is a lack of property amenities, it’s just a... very mid expensive property. For the price, I strongly encourage you to look around… I promise you can find better. Marley and Drou helped me explaining about applications process. They explained everything in details. I will find cosigner before applying. Apartments looks nice inside with black appliance and has stackle vwasher and dryer. Outside looks nice and quite.

Marly and Drou were the one's giving me a tour and they were really thorough in terms of explanation. The neighborhood was really quiet. They made sure I didn't have any left when I left from the leasing.

TM is a great helper she was very kind and did a great job showing me around the community. She also took the time to help me with the application. I am most excited about the swimming pool The area seems like a great place to call home. Kroger is right up the street along with my bank is less than 5 minutes away. I recommend anyone to live here. It’s going to be great.
