A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at the partner's discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet's hair from the property. Stains on the carpets or linens will result in an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking anything indoors. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys.
