-GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE APPLICATION DENIAL are if in the last 5 years any applicant or occupant has had: Any unpaid debts owed to other property agencies or landlords OR Any eviction actions as reported on a credit screening or during rental history verification OR If any bankruptcy is reported on your credit screening within the last 5 years OR If any applicant or occupant has had felony or violent crime convictions in the last 10 years.
