Things can be strange in this neighboorhood from time to time but the owner and renters here at 'The Coreter' are amazing people. I know everyone in this apartment building and they're the nicest and friendliest people you'll ever find. The building is right next door to a ceramics studio and is owned by the same person, which means art is a big deal here; they've painted most of the hallway walls with cool and interesting murals. There's a back patio for hanging out, a peach tree that drops... awesome fruit every year, and a little garden for growing veggies in the back.

My apartemnt is a two bedroom unit on the third floor. The rooms are great with slopped walls and interesting little nooks due to the shape of the roof. The building is pet friendly too! It's also in a very convenient location with a grocery store and pharmacy right across the street, and a post office a couple blocks away. Read More
