The loft features a fully equipped kitchen, in which you can easily prepare your favorite, delicious meals. Its space and modern amenities are much more than you would expect from an apartment. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room. It is stocked with all essential toiletries, so you don’t have to worry about packing anything extra.
Free valet parking is included. Valet parking services do not accept any pickup trucks or full-sized SUVs.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and any guests under 21 must be accompanied by a guardian who is 21 or older. Check-in is flexible after 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Early or late check-out is available upon request for a $20-25 hourly fee. Late check-outs incur a $100 fee for the first hour and a full day's charge thereafter. Quiet hours are 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends. Charges apply for broken, stolen, or damaged property at the repair or replacement cost plus a 20% service fee. Smoking on property will result in a $1000 fine. Pets are not allowed and evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $500 fine. There is a $1000 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. A surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. A $50/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10:30am. Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $150. The building does not allow packages or deliveries to be received or held on-site. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability, with a 48-hour notice minimum prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners. Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. All additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed.
