Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. Smoking and lighting anything in this property is not allowed, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah. Violating our rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Stains on the carpets or linens will result in an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost.
