Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, and an additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day.
