There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required in case of incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.
