A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a minimum age requirement of 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required in case of incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver may be chosen.
