Don't rent here! Drug dealing going on all the time in this complex. A person was attached and beat up by the dealers.
Un kept grounds and poor owner/management.

Beware!! A lot of drug activity here. Owner does not screen anyone. Police are always in and out, just last week there was an overdose. He leases to anyone! When they move in then others move in that are not on the lease. Units are ok, prices have went up, no amenities at all! You can pay less elsewhere and at least get a pool! No dogs allowed either.
The grounds are so poorly maintained, it looks like a run downed place from the road and 2 buildings are new! No manager on premises, so NOT... managed! It does no good to complain, as long as you pay rent, that's all the manager cares about! I can't wait to move from this place! Read More

Units are nice. There is no manager. The owner just collects rent. He rents to anyone that shows him the money. He does not care if upper neighbors are disturbing you, he won't do anything. Its terrible, floors are not sound proof. He has one guy to do maintenance for 100 units. Outside looks trashy, lawn is unkept, weeds overgrown. I have to move because of horrible neighbors above me. Many residents are moving from here. So beware!
