Clearpointe Woods Apartments

The management/ownership is non-existent. I am sitting here in my unit with bugs, no running water, and no way to contact the management. I'm so sick and tired of the careless individuals who run this place. I'm convinced that nobody actually works here because I can never get anyone on the phone.

Been a resident for 2 years.. maintenance is always there to fix things asap.. megan helps and is always there to answer questions.. all in all a great community to live in.. neighbors are nice.. very quiet and love how its pet friendly.. best place I've lived in a long time... keep up the good work

Wouldn’t live here..... I moved in for about 4 months and found out my 3rd floor apartment had rats ....because I was spooked out I decided to move across the street in 1815 on the first floor 4 months into that I found out my apartment was infested with rats even living in my couch.... we lifted up vents to ceil holes and found dead mice underneath it..... 30 days later I left.... 1 year later I get a letter stating I owe there complex 3500.... 3 other people who stayed there also told me They... have the same letter because they left because of rats .... these buildings should be shut down and there pool smells like pee entire summer ....Wouldn’t do it Read More

Excellent living quarters. Nice and friendly, I would highly suggest to anyone needing a apartment to check Clearpointe Woods as their first option.

The new Manager Shronda has been working to fix the apartments here. I had issues with mine and they have done a good job on getting things back in order. I'm glad that's someone is actually caring about the apartments to keep them up to standards.
