Move In… If You Love Roaches
We moved here a few months ago and had nothing but problems. A big ROACH problem, so much so we were forced to live in a hotel. The management team will tell you that they will help you but they won’t. They’ll help themselves by cutting corners to not do anything but we’re definitely quick to take our money.

Loud
It's okay if you're desperate for a place to live, but it's constantly loud. The neighbors are inconsiderate about their noise and maintenance is constantly doing construction in and around the building. I wake up every single morning to it at roughly 8 am. The building has roaches, which they say they're treating, but they come about once a month to spray for it and there's still roaches everywhere.
