North Creek Apartments

Inactive landlord. dirty. bugs everywhere even if you are a clean person the buildings are bug infested. parking spaces are very limited because tenants can’t park. dumpsters always overflow with trash. emergency maintenance line is useless.

The only listed correct is the sq ft of the apartment EVERY thing else is a lie this is not a great place and the rating definitely isn't done by the tenants or visitors this company is rating themselves. The pool has been closed to have a playground built which isn't fair to those that moved in due to the pool attraction. This place sucks most buildings have a ton of bats cats are everywhere bed bugs roaches you name it. So who rated this place?

I view one of the apartment and was turn off due the the dirty carpet and stair in the hallway. That why I choose not to lease an apartment. The Owner could be a shame of him or herself.

Please be aware that the buildings house colonies of bats. Especially in building 1558. I have had bats inside my apt on a regular basis. The management are very aware of this problem and refuses to eliminate the problem because of the cost. They force you to renew your lease each year or pay an extra $100 a month. You are given very little time to find another place. The rent is too high for this community. There are other issues regarding this complex too numerous to list.

Do not ...move here red flag, they showed me the apartment with electricity turned off. I moved in north creek 1 month ago there is water leaking from apartment upstairs , electrical outlets are broken, the bathroom wasnt clean when I moved in ,graffiti on my patio walls ,mold on my patio, when I go to the rent office ,the manager is very disrespectful, she told me to clean the graffiti my self.
