The management position that opens up every 2 months anybody is elegible for the job making 220 a month last manager had warrants and was hauled out of here to jail. The owner is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP, probably not even legal to have people go without heat for a whole week in freezing temps. as well as no AC in the summer in scorching heat. talk to some of the tenant before you move here, if its broke you will wait months and have to complain on several occasions. Just take a look around before you give up your money.

I lived here and was the building manager for two years, the owner won't fix anything if he does it takes forever, when and if he puts in new carpet he will not pay for them to lay padding down. The heat is ran by a boiler and half the time it doesn't work there were a few times the tenants went without heat for a few days until he would fix it.
