About Parkridge Court
Welcome to Parkridge Court Apartments! Our 16 spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment units are spread across three buildings, providing you with a small complex living experience. Conveniently located near I-275, grocery stores, and public... transportation.
Our open-concept apartments feature a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen with all major appliances, including a dishwasher. Each unit includes its own laundry hookups, and we also offer washers and dryers for rent. You'll even receive one free garage space with your unit. Select units have balconies or enclosed patios, perfect for enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included.
Parkridge Court is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets.
For applicants, we charge a standard application fee per person 18 years or older.

Our minimum requirements include:
1. A gross income of at least three times the monthly rent rate
2. No outstanding or delinquent accounts with utility service providers.
3. A credit score of at least 575.
4. No previous evictions in the past 7 years
