Ravenwood Apartments

I've lived here for 6 years and after the owners were changed, this place has gone down hill. They filled in the pool and there is no play area for kids to play. Management does nothing to prevent packages from being stolen and the place is always a mess. The people around here don't take care of this place. They leave trash everywhere, their kids run through the halls, they steal packages and they are extremely loud. They towed my car and refused to pay me back because my handicap placard was... expired. They gave me no warning though but other people who were parked in the handicap space were not towed. I had a leaking ceiling which I reported multiple times but it was never fixed. I had mold and plants growing out of the ceiling and carpet. I lived like that for a month. I moved out and left no damage but they refused to give me back my security deposit. I wouldn't recommend this place but everybody has different experiences here. You might like it. Read More

Do not Rent from now at all they have alot problems They have a fix my water problem they have no maintenance they only have one person fixing everything

Right now I've been up here about two years with a lot of problems people always complaining about things going on not getting done they only got one maintenance man that do all the work up here I recommend it not to live up here at all it's too many issues that it was not with the water problems up here it is the bugs and I'm talking about roaches spiders could be crawler certain things look like worms but they're not worms say something else if I can show you a picture of my apartment I will... show you but I'm not it's so much things that that ravenwood is not doing and that's honest truth if I can just go out here and tell people do not come up here I recommend it not to come up here and that's the honest truth what I'm saying do not come up here cuz I'm trying to leave up here right now and get a better place that do not have books and somewhere that do not have water problems all the time Read More

Avoid this place. You can do much better.
Ever since new management took over all they've done is raise the rent and it's impossible to get any kind of maintenance.
Website needs to be updated. The pool has been filled with concrete. The playground has been bulldozed flat and is just grass now.
The office never answers the phone and if you run into someone who runs the place they act like you're bothering them if you try to talk to them.
Building caught on fire a while back and they wouldn't... even clean the carpet to try to get the smoke smell out of the apartments. I had to wipe the entire apt. down myself and rent a carpet cleaner.
They're just trying to make as much money as they can and could care less about the residents. Read More

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME And MONEY!!!!
Haven't been here for six months and MY BEDROOM WINDOW was SHOT OUT. CAR WAS BROKEN INTO. FEDX PACKAGE WAS STOLEN($600 laptop and $120 makeup set). HARASSED coming in and out of my apartment. NOT TO MENTION THE CONTINIOUS ROACH PROBLEM!!! APPARTMENT Was not MOVE IN READY!!! LOUD MUSIC !!! HEROINS ADDICTS sitting outside in the parking lot USING. If I could do zero stars I would!!!
