South Terrace Apartments – Comfort & Convenience in Cincinnati!

Ever since new management took over things are bad. They jack up the rent while providing nothing back. Destroyed the greenery, no common area, no rec room, no pool. They are asking triple what it's worth when inside the units themselves you have walls so thin that anything anyone cooks in the building you will smell. That goes for people who are smoking inside that they shouldn't be smoking. My mother thought I'd taken up the habit, that's how bad it'll get. I Rated The Property 1 Star. Why? Well, my reason is Very simple I rated this a 1 star because the management is horrible & if you ask them to fix your apartment they don't fix the apartments at all it takes them like 4 months to fix a simple thing. Also, the side of the roof of an Apartment Building is falling apart and they haven't even seen it and It been like that for months.

I Would rate this Lower Than One Star If I Could

I’ve lived here almost my whole life I’d say 20 years and I’ve watched it go down hill the apartments should be condemned at this point I’ve called the health department multiple times my family’s apartment is full of black mold and infested with roaches and bed bugs on and off it’s not livable my mom and grandma are constantly sick DO NOT MOVE HERE my family is trying to get out this is an awful place to live

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible management. Mold, maintenance won’t fix anything timely or correctly. Just move on. Look elsewhere.

Lived here for 5 years as my first apartment. Not fancy, but it's quiet, safe, and reasonably priced. Owners were nice people.
