***DO NOT MOVE HERE***

If I could give this apartment complex and Gaslight Properties zero stars, I would. The complex, area, and management is horrendous. I wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to live here. My car was broken into twice within 7 months. Although there are signs on the property labeled "under surveillance" and "violators will be prosecuted", there are no cameras on the property and management did nothing after I personally requested security cameras and/or police patrol implemented not once, but twice.… Prior to my car being broken into twice, there were multiple notices of car break-ins and the only advice management gave to residents was "don't leave valuables in cars" and "consider leaving cars unlocked".

Aside from the unsafe and insecure living conditions, we had multiple issues with flooding of the sink, heat issues during the winter, and the response time for "24/7" maintenance was sometimes 1-2 weeks. The interior of this apartment wasn't in good shape to start with. The only reason my roommate and I moved in was because we were young professionals with a very low budget.

***PLEASE NEVER MOVE HERE AND IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE THAT IS CONSIDERING, TELL THEM TO SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA OR IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF THEIR LIVES***

Great Apartments and Staff

Everyone here is great, from the office and maintenance staff, to the neighbors. I have never had an issue with other tenants here. Walls are almost sound proof, only hear some pipes occasionally, but nothing too crazy. They're doing a lot to improve the grounds, such as planting flowers, putting down new sod, etc. I will be here for 2 years in Feb of 2018. Maintenance is responsive, staff is understanding and kind. Really a truly great place to live, and if you're on the 3rd floor or higher,… you've got amazing views all around. We have a nice, huge 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and pay well below the area average, they don't have dog breed restrictions that I'm aware of either.
