Everything in this listing is a lie.

The building was built in 1880, not 1935. The building has 15 units, not 25. I was LIED to about utilities being included. You have to pay all utilities yourself, despite what this lie of a listing says. Bugs everywhere, ignored maintenance requests, noise all the time, the hallways stink, etc etc etc.

Wish I could give less than 1 star

DO NOT live here!!!!!! infested with roaches and ceiling leaks and maintenance won’t do anything about it! it took them 2 months to even get me an ac unit that i was promised in the peak of summer.. absolutely horrible! avoid gaslight properties all together. i had to break my lease because of how horrible this place was!!!
