Don’t recommend

Outdated, poor maintenance, and the property manager has been unprofessional and in a bad mood every time we’ve talked with her in living here for 1.5 years. We are glad to be getting out.

Unresponsive

I've never actually lived here, but I've called twice within the past 10 days to schedule an appointment to view an apartment; I've left 2 messages & have yet to receive a call back. Quite unprofessional.

Newly Single Mom

I have a 2bd2ba apartment.
I love where I live now. We have a scenic view of the wooded area, that's hard to find around here, fully equipped with electric appliances, and a fireplace.
The apartment complex has a community pool, workout area, and a small swing set for the residents to use.
Our home is situated right across the street from the local school and locally centered near all shopping areas.

LOVE MY APT

Just love these apartments , they have beautiful grounds , our apartment is spacious , love the big kitchen , best part is the staff here at the vinings. Feels like a staycation .. Love love love
