First Apartment (review)

I've been living in this complex for almost a year now, and I'm looking to change cities for school. It's pretty small and dank, and poorly insulated. I've had problems with black mold under the baseboard heating, the neighbors and property management aren't really the brightest or most pleasant of people, and Dawn property management, I've noticed, is notorious for lying through their teeth to their tenant's faces (although management does the bare minimum of what they can do without being... COMPLETELY unpleasant). It's pretty much thug central. No place to raise a family, that's for sure.
