University Edge - Cincinnati Student Living

We have an infestation of bugs in our apartment and no one from the office or maintenance will address the issue. We were lied to and told pest control would come, but they never showed up. We put in emergency maintenance requests that were "closed out" but never addressed. We have gone to the office in person, spoken to multiple people, and nothing has been done. It has been almost a week of living with literally hundreds of bugs crawling around our unit. Several of us have had to find other... places to stay since it's so bad. University Edge Cincinnati is a very welcoming property! The apartments look absolutely amazing on the inside. They are fully furnished and each bedroom has a corresponding bathroom. The staff members in the office are sure to greet each person that comes in. The maintenance team is very timely in completing the service requests that I have had during my stay at University Edge.
The Clubhouse is absolutely beautiful. There is a computer lab that offers free printing, a lounge area with a pool... table and television. There is a fitness center that is very nice and clean. Along with all of these great rooms, there is also a BEAUTIFUL movie theater. I have had the opportunity to reserve the theater and hang out with some of my friends.
I believe that University Edge is one of the best properties to stay, in the area. I would for sure recommend this property to anyone looking to the Clifton area Read More

I have lived at University Edge for 2 years. I also have many friends that live here as well. This is a very convenient location if you are a med student. However, I have met many students who are not. My parents have been very happy with the fact that all the utilities are paid and they are only responsible for my rent and not my roommates. All of the apartments are furnished I think. My mattress is very firm so if you don't like firm mattresses, you may want to get a topper. The staff that work here in the office are extremely rude and they lie a lot. The manager of this place has a nasty attitude. They look for every little thing to charge you extra so they can make more money. The appliances in the apartment are nasty and old. The apartment is also in infested with spiders. I found a new spider EVERY week and they management did nothing about it. They came once and sprayed WATER around the whole apartment which did nothing. The dumpsters are all the way in the... back of the parking lot and they staff get upset when you use the smaller garbages outside the apartment which is clearly for trash to be thrown in. Worst management I've ever seen. They are overpriced, randomly shut off utilities without notice, and are the rudest people I've ever met. Don't live here. Literally would rather be homeless then buy another lease from these people.
