Our newly updated apartments boast impeccable attention to detail and a refined aesthetic, featuring luxury vinyl flooring, plush carpeted bedrooms, and modernized kitchens with sleek appliances.

Community amenities include coin-operated laundry, whilst several apartments and townhomes include washer/dryer hookups! Residents are responsible for electric and water/sewer.

Admin Fee: $100

To apply, simply visit our website at and complete the application. There is an application fee per applicant for anyone 18 years or older.

Our minimum requirements include:
1. A gross income of at least three times the monthly rent rate
2. No outstanding or delinquent accounts with utility service providers.
3. A credit score of at least 575.
4. No previous evictions in the past 7 years
5. No violent felonies ever or non-violent felonies in the past 7 years

Unresponsive

This complex looks great online. I loved it the minute I saw it! Unfortunately I’ve reached out to them so many times via email and phone, I even visited the complex in person but to no avail, they don’t respond! I don’t understand how a business NEVER answers their phone when I’ve called multiple different times throughout a day. Very disappointed because I looked forward to calling this home.
