Verified Renter

Not too bad It’s not too bad but the parking situation is absolutely terrible. We need assigned parking. People from other buildings are parking in spaces that *should* belong to the people that live in our building for some reason. Plenty of open spots in front of their own building so I’m not sure what’s going on, but it’s very frustrating to have to park farther away when I should be able to park in front of my own building.

New blinds replacement Called the leasing offices to order new blinds, and they took care of it right way. I wasn't expected that. Very happy and one pleased tenant.

Great atmosphere

I went to tour a floor plan here and thr staff was very friendly and answered my questions I had about the apartment. I'm still looking but for now I'll say this is one is definitely one to consider!

Great place to live

Miamiview apartments is a beautiful and clean place to live ! The staff are very respectful friendly and heartwarming they truly help you with your every needs! The park is nice the community is great and a great place for pets and family the apartments are big and the floor plans are great I love Miamiview i definitely recommend
