This apartment is filled with gorgeous rare plants, and features a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, high-speed internet, and eight smart TVs with streaming apps. For your convenience, there is also a hair dryer, handheld steamer, and dryer. For light sleepers, tower fans and white noise machines are provided in all bedrooms.
Private parking is available for up to two cars, and one street permit parking pass is provided. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay.
The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character and amazing food. The apartment is within walking distance of Short North District, the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and Nationwide Arena Stadium, and less than a mile from Ohio State University campus, the downtown Columbus area, and Kroger Food Market. It's also a short drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall, with easy access to all major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property, though smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Moving any of the plants in the home is prohibited. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each.
