Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly. There may be possible noise from the busy street, but there is a white noise machine in every room.
