I walked in to take a tour without an appointment. JH graciously helped me. They only had one 2 bed available to look at and apparently it was already rented too. I hope another one comes available because I'm moving up here from the south and want to be close to campus and family. The area a few streets over seemed a little rough but I was surprised how nice the complex was. Seemed quiet and safe.

Looking to move from a one bedroom apartment downtown. Looking for more space and green areas for our pets. This complex looks to have that available. JH was very accommodating in his tour. Our lease isn't up for a little bit but this is definitely on our short list of places we hope to end up.

Took a tour of Ashton Pines the other day, and the property is really good. The three-bedroom apartment I saw looked as good as the pics online, which isn't always the case, and had a patio with good space for a dog. The pool looked clean, too. JH was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. Definitely considering this place when we move next month.
