Moved In With Ease

I came to Lake Eden, applied, and I was able to move in all within one week! The women Khadija was very helpful and quick with my move process! My apartment at Lake Eden is fully renovated and I love it! Thank you Khadija for helping me find my new home!

Roaches

It is "ok" because the kitchen is cute. If...you don't mind ROACHES. Cheap blinds. Smelly carpet. Rude office staff. Paint that peels off the wall. Yellow smoke stains on bathroom walls by the vent and ceiling. Constant stench of cigarettes and marijuana in my apartment...24/7. Worst decision I've ever made moving here. Goose crap everywhere. The only ok thing is the maintenance staff...very nice guys and work hard. The rest...awful.

Just Move-In To Lake Eden

Just moved into Lake Eden today it’s a beautiful property, the lake is really nice as well. VB thorough, and communicative throughout the process he let me see the apartment before I sign my lease. He answered any questions we had regarding the lease and move-in cost as well. Looking forward to living here:

Quick, Smooth & Easy Move in Today

I’m so excited to start living here at Lake Eden the community is beautiful! The staff is súper friendly, I got to work with VB who, helped get moved-in right away since I need to move ASAP with my daughters. He communicated with me every step of the move-in process and even helped me get the unit I wanted with the washer and dryer connections in the apartment.
