Poor Management

The management here will charge you an unjust fine. My wife and I received information regarding taking trash out properly, however when we went to dispose of it there was a sign indicating to dispose of it another way. We followed the instructions on the sign since it was out there and seemed like the right thing to do. When I called to dispute the fine, they acknowledged that sign and the contraindications to the instructions. Even with this they are choosing to charge us. This is unacceptable… , especially when management can't clarify what needs to be done with trash. If it supposed to be one way, then as soon as the information is clear, get rid of the other instructions in order to not make things confusing and screw over the residents. Do not live here! I can't stress that enough.

Don't live here, they don't retuen deposit and charge unreasonable when moved out

I lived here for 1 year, when I moved out, they charged me for more than 1000 bucks for keeping pet. But I never keep a pet in my apartment. They just want to charge you with any reason they can think of. Disgusting

Braxton on Bethel

Braxton on Bethel is a clean and relaxing environment to live in. The apartments are clean and the area is safe. The location is very convenient also. A very beautiful neighborhood to be in, would definitely recommend. The leasing office team are very friendly too! Must go and see for your self!
