Lincoln Pointe

My wife and I have had an outstanding experience with Lincoln Pointe, and I wanted to take the time to recognize the incredible team that has made our move such a positive one.

First, I want to give a huge thank you to Noah. He has been nothing short of exceptional throughout the entire leasing and move-in process. His professionalism, responsiveness, patience, and customer service are some of the best I've experienced. He always answered my questions promptly, never made me feel like I was... bothering him, and made sure we had everything we needed—from our key fobs to understanding every step of the process. Noah is also an excellent salesperson. He was a major reason my wife and I chose Lincoln Pointe, and I truly believe he deserves recognition because he represents this community with class, confidence, and professionalism.

I also want to recognize Shelby, who has been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. She always presents herself professionally and does an outstanding job representing the Lincoln Pointe brand. Every interaction with her has been respectful and helpful, and she has made us feel welcome from day one.

A big thank you as well to Drew, who has always been friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever we've needed assistance. His attention to detail and positive attitude have made every interaction a great one.

Even though Caleb has transferred to another property, I still wanted to recognize him. He helped resolve an overpayment issue quickly and professionally, and it's easy to see that his leadership helped build a team focused on excellent customer service. I was disappointed to hear he transferred, but I wish him nothing but success.

I'd also like to thank our new property manager and Ardent Communities for maintaining such a beautiful, well-managed property. It's obvious that they care about hiring quality people and creating a great living experience for residents.

Finally, I want to recognize the residents of Lincoln Pointe. Everyone I've met has been respectful, friendly, and helpful. People mind their own business, treat each other with respect, and help create a peaceful community. Good neighbors make a huge difference, and that's exactly what we've experienced here.

Lincoln Pointe. Oh, boy.

Well, first off, I had a none too exceptional time trying to get just basic info on the apartments when I went in for the first time to see Lincoln Pointe.

I attempted to get assistance to look for a new apartment, but was given less than exceptional assistance by the office worker at the time. She seemed rushed and eager to get rid of me when I came in for new information on the recently build apartment. She was discourteous, rather flustered, and acted as if she had... something more important to handle besides myself in that situation. Not necessarily the worst thing imaginable, but coupled with the rather lackluster service of even discouraging my looking around the basic amenities or providing the folder to the complex until asked, which showed surprisingly high prices for such small apartments, and I found I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone rather quickly.

Lincoln Pointe has nice shops and businesses close to it. It’s right next to the mall, of course. But I could find a place a short mile away for significantly less in the price range and not be disappointed in the least. Which is a shame, since I saw positive reviews for this place.
