Kenmore Place

I’ve been living at Kenmore Place Apartments for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier. The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like a real community. The girls in the office are absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and always go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Their positive attitude and professionalism make all the difference. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to live in Marysville, I highly recommend Kenmore Place!

If you don't mind living in an apartment that has THE worst flooring, then this place is for you! I seriously think Ardent uses construction paper for their flooring. We live on the ground floor. Believe me when I tell you, not only can we hear the lady and her kids and her boyfriend's kids walking, running, jumping, etc. on the 2nd floor (it's LOUD), BUT we can also hear the toddler running and stomping around on the 3rd floor. Yes, that's right, the 3rd floor! Why are we hearing anything… from the 3rd floor?? The noise is exacerbated by the fact that the flooring is so cheap and Ardent clearly doesn't care about the tenants that have to live in their apartments. Management will just tell you to call the cops. Talking to the tenants also doesn't get you anywhere.

In addition, there is dog poop everywhere - even on the sidewalks! There is trash all over the place as well. Management does nothing about either.

So, my advice to you, do not live here if you can help it - you will regret it either by the noise, the poop or the trash! The lack of respect or common courtesy around this place is very disheartening. Read More

Let me say this first the staff is very friendly and it’s an area where everyone keeps to themselves. No one bothers you but the walls get stained just from getting water on them or rubbing your shoulder up against them. Each door and cabinet hits each other when opened. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls and neighbors conversations. The complex isn’t kept clean and the box compactor near the trash is always overflowed. There’s no way to walk through the grass without stepping in… something. The amount we pay is unbelievable, and doesn’t add up with the tenants they’ve allowed in. They started off with limited people but I think now they let anyone rent here. I hate to do this but its needed to be said. These units are constructed in such a manner that people on the first floor can hear the footsteps of people on the third floor. I know sounds crazy but its actually echoing through the unit above us. Had a conversation with the 2nd floor tenant and he stated that it was actually coming from the 3rd floor. I thought the entire time that is was him but today they were not home and my wife (who works from home) paid attention enough to notice they… weren't home. She has to deal with it ALL DAY LONG!
